There are 4 stages to an Archaeological evaluation.
Stage #1
Takes place in the library. Who owned the property. Any indigenous activity. Possible environment issues. etc
Stage #2
Mowing, Ploughing with a special plough with long mould boards . Discing with 8' wide set of discs
Stage #4
Gradall is used to dig trenches to remove the top soil. Or strip the area down to sub soil
Evaluations take a long time to perform and are very expensive.
