Most of the original scammers have pretty much stopped trying to fool our customers now that we have listed some of their best emails. Still, always best to be cautious. |

A possible response to a Scammer that you want to stop bothering you (and with a bit of enjoyment for yourself): I have to go up into the mountains of Manitoba to look after my father's yeti herd and hope to be back in 6 weeks. I'll email you then when I return - unless the glaciers shift, and I'm caught in a deadly avalanche. |

Hello, We realized that businesses were staying for sale for a longer time, which is why we decided to start this service which guarantees sale over a short period of time, there is a pool of interested buyers/investors whom we share businesses for sale with so I get in touch with the ones that have at least 3 interests and yours is one of them. I understand that $5000 may seem like a lot of money but if it guarantees sale, then its worth it. Moreso the $5000 is refundable after 14 business working days, if the building and the lot are not sold, you will get your funds back. You don't need to sign any contract now because of its payment before service. The meeting is basically to seal the deal, you can discuss further on the price and terms, you are to sell at any price you feel comfortable with. it's advisable to inflate the selling price.
